I realize it is possible, but I'd say it is unlikely that is Missouri, since that is a pine tree to the left of those pics. I realize there are some pine trees in MO, just not really common, and most that are in Missouri are much more mature than that one, unless they were just recently planted. Just my opinion though, I could definitely be wrong.

The MTNF in southern MO is loaded with pines. Most of them have been planted, but there are literally chit tons of them.

Yeah, I actually thought abotu that after I typed my response. I forgot about the places we used to hunt on Ft. Leonard Wood that were full of them as well. My bad. Definitely seems like the kind of area that could house some big cats as well.

Email stated the photos were taken 18 miles NW of Greenbush, MN.

He, I knew it. That looked like the wrong species of pine for Missouri :yes: . Either way, that is a lot of cats for one area!!!
