I suppose I should add this comment............
Anyone that wishes to use any grill / smoker space needs to say so now. As long as it takes for the smoker to do a proper job, it may avoid a cluster function if we know how many folks would like to procure some space inside the pecan sauna.

DMR,
Got a trailer lined up.
I'll bring 2 tables, 2 smokers, large charcoal grill,deep frier and some firewood if I get the dead oak cut down.
If needed they will be there. If not I'll haul them home when it's over.

I'll be using the wood smoker.
The gas smoker will stay on the trailer if it's not needed.

Pork loin in an apple and ginger marinade and beef loin in a cajun beer marinade.
I'm a little low on deer at this point and will need it for the goetburg summer sausage.
If I manage to go squirrel hunting I'll throw a few of them in.

Sounds awful. 
I was gonna do a pork loin too, but not if you're already doing one. Hel, I may just bring the grill, and leave the smoker at home.

I'll probably drag a grill along for general purposes...just haven't decided if it's going to be the portable grill, camp stove/grill or the smoker/grill. Sounds like we may have enough large grills so probably either the portable or camp grill.
