Climber Question

I have an API climber and am wondering where to get the new chain covering or how I can replace it. Any ideas? Image

I use 3/4 inch shrink tubing. Can be found at most electronics shops. Just slip it over the chain and use a hair dryer to shrink it down on the chain. I change mine about every couple of years. Its cheeper than buying it from API.
