ruger barrel switch

will a bolt and action from a ruger mk2 .280 rem. work with a 22/250 barrel as far as fit of cartrige to bolt face and magazine funtion? Image and will it mess up the rifle to switch the barrels off and on maybe 2 or 3 times a year
