Elk Restoration

Post by BornBad » August 19th, 2005, 11:27 am

I take that life if I can, with regret as well as joy, and with the sure knowledge that nature’s ways of fang and claw or exposure and starvation are a far crueler fate than I bestow. – Fred Bear

I like the idea. More chit to hunt. I would prefer if the season did not conflict with duck season, however.
McLintock, great party, but no whiskey. We go home.

Well heck then, we just need to organize a big drive and get them suckers to cross the Mississippi. We'll get out elk free! Then on to OK to herd there elk north east. Chit, with a little effort MO could be covered up with elks, and by elks I mean Big KY and OK elk. lol. Image Image

If you are curious to see just how Harmless elk our to the enviroment, go south of Harrison Ar, to the Buffalo river and check them out. They are a welcome addition to the national parks down there. I've seen them numerous times turkey hunting.
