~ 2 lb's ground deer
~ 2 eggs
~ 1 cup buttery cracker crumbs
~ 1 cup milk
~ 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
~ 1 onion, chopped
~ 1 1/2 tsp salt
~ 1/2 tsp pepper
~ 1 tsp oregano
~ 1 cup spaghetti sauce
~ 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
In a large bowl, combine the meat, eggs, cracker crumbs, milk, parmesan cheese, onion, salt, pepper and oregano.
Place in a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Drain off any fat.
Pour the sauce over the top and sprinkle on the mozarella.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
