The shooting range

Post by Warmouth » October 24th, 2005, 4:17 pm

The shooting range at Lake city range was packed Sat. I had to wait in line 30 minutes to get a shooitng booth. I sighted in my 300wm, 44 mag deerfield, and 257 Roberts. I shot my best group ever with the 257r. It was a 100yds group that measured, center to center, in the 0.2" range. The 300win hung around an 7/8", and the 44 was minute of deer at 100yds, or about 4".

Get out there and sight in before the crowds get worse.
The Doctor said I should drink more whiskey. Also, I'm calling myself 'The Doctor' now.

The one I've been using has had open points on the weekends as well as during the week.
It's easy to get to, you just drive east on..... I mean..... you can't get here from there.
Carrying a gun isn't about killing.
It's about staying alive.
