The 30-06 ain't a virgin anymore. Got a nice doe yesterday and cut her in the freezer about an hour ago.

He is speaking to the green tag in the ear which obviously as you are from out of state is what they do to check in you deer. Mr. Simpletin reads to much into it.

You mean my reporting tag, we don't have to take it to check in station but, if you are caught without that tag on the deer it is an expensive fine.

Dude, a little tip I learned this year. If you drag the deer WITH the way the hair lays it'll drag easier! ...and if that deer is really dead, why's it still munching on leaves? Actually kind of look like the deer is laughing...I'm thinking it's still drunk from the night before! Image Image Image
