Re: Chronographs
Glad to hear it's working good for you, I was hoping you'd try it out before long. What screen spacing are you using?

Thanks for all the replies, he decided to sit out the antlerless season and heal up so I don't need to load anything for him.

.22-250 loads for deer
A buddy of mine recently had neck surgery and doesn't think he can handle the recoil of his .30-06 for the antlerless season. Re: Need Help Picking A Varmit Gun
davemo,
If you're going after coyote and fox both the .223 and .22-250 are good rounds. I'm not familiar with the .204 so can't help you out there. If "200-300 yds" is a long shot for you, I'd probably go .223, it'll do fine.

Swamp Fox,
Thanks for the suggestion for the CED, I'll have to check it out. It looks decent and I like the infrared option.

Anyone have one of the Oehler "proof" chronographs with the three screens you use to check load velocity? I've got an older Oehler 12 but would like to upgrade. I tried the "Chrony" but wasn't happy with it. Dwayne Big John, If this isn't the right forum for this question feel fr...

None look very appealing but I'd go with what the Dr. recommends.
