Re: Insulated Hunting Jacket
PS, the browning stuff is a bit bulky but not anymore than any other cold weather, waterproof, windproof, scent suppressing gear I have take a look at. I happed to get mine for 50% off during off season so it was a good deal. Keith swears by that Day one brand. If ever I need to up again. I will be looking very seriously at that brand.
I am interest in what Keith has going on.. How about it Keith ?

Re: Insulated Hunting Jacket
I hear you 2B. I just wear the Browning stuff in 10 degree weather. I need something for the 25-40 degree range. Not lightweight, but not uninsulated either.

Re: Insulated Hunting Jacket
I've changed my camo this year. Buying it a little at a time. http://www.naturalgear.com Just in case you're interested.
I have a button-up shirt, long-sleeved t-shirt, 2 pair BDU pants, 1 pair fleece pants, and waterproof insulated gloves. Hope to have a few more items by Fall.

I have a buddie who's wife and he both have had that natural gear for a couple years. They had faded quite a bit and basically looked like a blob in the tree. In my opinion that camo does not have enough definition and/or contrast.

Ifn' you will hold it for me, I'll buy it. Of course, you have to be reasonable on the pricetag.

I don't go in there unless I really feel like getting pissed off for the remainder of the day.

Re: Insulated Hunting Jacket
Unless something changes drastically, mine will be for sale soon also. Love that Day One stuff and I will have a set rebuilt for me also in the new camo.
I was smart and bought my stuff REAL big so there would be another hunter out there that could fit into it.

Robin, I would be happy to take the Day one stuff off your hands if it happens to be for sale.
Unless it's really that BIG.

Keith, if that jacket is like Robin`s I would be interested in it if the Snake can`t slither into it. I seem to have mis-placed my Super Slam jacket.

One day, long, long ago, there lived a woman who did not whine, nag, or bitch.
But it was a long time ago, and it was just that one day.

Re: Insulated Hunting Jacket
Tony I have the bibs and parka. The parka is the same one Robin has, just in MOBU instead of skyline.

Re: Insulated Hunting Jacket
I want the Parka. He can have the bibs. Unless you are selling as a package deal. Then I will need both items. 170, don't be messing with my dealings here.
